

I would be embarrassed and disappointed if my employees treated any of my customers the way I was treated and the lack of empathy that was displayed by these 2 girls. I get these girls still get a paycheck whether I stay there or not, but if they are going to be dealing with the public they need A LOT more training in customer service. They are too worried about trying to show me who was in charge. We have nowhere else to go at this point, they have already charged my room, and I have proof we aren't local. I have my daughter leave her dinner to bring her ID which shows our current address in Monmouth.

I explain I'm not a local anymore, I live over 7 hours away, which I just got done driving, I was tired, and just wanted a room for the 2 nights I was in town. She tells me they can't book with locals. This second one was rude, uncaring, and has some of the worst customer service I have had to deal with in a while. I explain that to the girl at the front desk, she's not sure what to do, and she goes and gets another gal. I go in to check in and am told that my driver's license shows I'm a local, I haven't gotten a new one yet with our current address. Last night, I booked my room and we got into town around 8pm-ish. My daughter and I made a trip back to Ontario because I still own a business there and I frequently make trips back to still be involved in my business and check on things.
